Chicken Special

Breast of Chicken stuffed with baby spinach, pimentos and chorizo stuffing. Done in the oven and sliced over soy stir-fry, finished with a creamy white sauce.


Tilapia

Mediterranean white fish, very similar to cod; the tilapia is wrapped in bayonne Italian ham, pan-fried first for flavour, then finished in the oven. The tilapia is served on creamy champ potato with a fish cream vermouth sauce, finished with green pesto.

Camel

Camel is a rich, dark meat, very similar to fillet steak. Cooked medium rare, Camel is extremely tender. Camel can be cooked from rare to well done. It is served on a bed of creamy champ potato and finished with a peppercorn, creamy white sauce.

13oz  Ribeye Platter

Ribeye is marbled steak meat, incredibly tender and very tasty. Our platter is served with homemade French fried onion rings, garlic mushrooms, red cabbage coleslaw and a selection of sauces.

Rabbit

The rabbit breast comes stuffed with serano ham and clonakilty black pudding.
It’s done in the oven and sliced over creamy champ potato with a complimentary creamy white sauce.

Kangaroo

Kangaroo, very similar to Camel and Ostrich, has been our trademark here at Murph’s Bistro. The Kangaroo is also very lean and tender when cooked medium rare, the more well done you cook Kangaroo, the more similar it gets to roast beef.
A rich, red meat, delicious and worth a try; it’s served with creamy champ potato and a creamy peppercorn sauce.
