Murph’s Bistro is a sixty seater restaurant ownend by Susan & Fergus Murphy located in the heart of Cootehill town in Co. Cavan. We are a family run business, which accounts for our success by serving great quality food with an extensive variety at
affordable prices since opening in May 2006.
Our menu will capture everybody's taste buds with dishes from a selection of home made pasta, chicken and duck dishes to whole fresh Dover sole, not forgetting a wide selection of steaks from the grill. With a wide range of Vegetarian dishes and fresh homemade sauces suitable for celiac diets; we pride ourselves in accommodating all styles of diets.

Chef & Proprietor Fergus Murphy has worked in some of the best kitchens in the world, including 2 Star Michelin Restaurant Le Gavroche under Albert Roux. He has also worked with Chef Michel from Celebrity Masterchef.
